When my husband first said we should talk to Taylor, who he has only seen on YouTube videos, I was skeptical, but after talking with Taylor on the phone about our goals and wants for a house he became the clear choice for our agent over three other agents we talked to. He and Sarah were so fun to work with and ridiculously easy to get in touch with and schedule showings. Their understanding and knowledge was invaluable as we learned about the home buying process and also about what our real wants were (townhouse vs single family home and of course budget). Taylor was willing to get down and dirty, crawling into crawl spaces, checking under sinks and sweating it out in unfinished attics. Sarah was a queen of scheduling and finding comps and property lines! We put an offer on three houses and finally got accepted on our third. We searched for our house for close to 5 months through the extremely competitive spring market and summer market and not once did we feel pressured to put an offer on something we didn't like or pressure to raise our offer from our limit. It really was such a fun experience and a true pleasure to work with both of them. I already have recommended them to my friends and family. Now we just need to save up a little so we can buy a house with them again :P"
