My name is Annemarie Hensley, and I am the Associate Broker, Team Leader and Listing Specialist of Team Hensley at Compass. With a proven track record of over 20 years as a Realtor® in the Richmond area, I have just recently added to my portfolio by becoming an Associate Broker. I created Team Hensley in 2002, and since then, we have continually been one of the top-ranking real estate teams in the Midlothian and Metro Richmond area. Team Hensley joined Compass as a Richmond Founding Agent in March of 2022. On a more personal note, I love spending time with my family, I am a huge Bruce Springsteen fan (I go to see him in concert frequently!), travel whenever I have the opportunity, and enjoy spending my free time volunteering with several organizations in the Midlothian community.

Three weeks to the day of speaking by phone, and “only” two days on the market; resulting in multiple showings, and multiple bids, Sheila had it SOLD.
